Doug is the President and CEO of Wintec, one of Manitoba’s largest asphalt and concrete paving companies. A passionate aviator and visionary leader, Doug has grown Wintec from a small five-person operation into a thriving organization with over 350 employees.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Doug has dedicated his career to building in Manitoba. He now lives in St. Andrews with his wife, a critical care ICU nurse, and their son.

Whether he's flying to a remote fishing spot, ATVing, hunting, or operating heavy equipment.  Doug has a passion for life and being with his family and friends. He understands the need for STARS and is excited about contributing to a great cause that all Manitobans may need one day.
