Tim Hammond is the founder and owner of Hammond Realty, a farmland real estate brokerage based in Saskatchewan. Established in 2006, Hammond Realty specializes in agricultural real estate, including farmland sales, purchases, valuations, market analysis, consulting, and lease management. With a team of dedicated professionals, Hammond Realty serves farmers, farmland owners, and investors across Saskatchewan, and is known for its integrity, expertise, and commitment to excellence in the agriculture and real estate industry.

Tim holds a Degree in Agricultural Economics (’91) from the College of Agriculture at the University of Saskatchewan. His career has been shaped by a deep connection to Saskatchewan’s farming communities and extensive knowledge in agricultural finance, farm business, and the drivers of success in agriculture. Before founding Hammond Realty, Tim spent 11 years with Farm Credit Canada, gaining insight into farm finance, business management, and farmland valuation. His understanding of farm business, combined with his expertise in agriculture and real estate, allows him to offer a unique perspective and service to their clients.

Recently, Tim volunteered in the Biggar Revitalization Project, where over 5 million dollars were raised to revitalize the town's main street, railway grounds, town entrance, and downtown business core. The project reminded Tim of the power of community and the importance of giving back. He was inspired by the passion and dedication of residents and former residents who came together to support Biggar’s renewal and build a stronger future.
