Special Thanks To
For three decades, Prabha Ramaswamy has been the driving force behind many of Saskatchewan’s most influential business and community initiatives. Over her career, she has steered organizations through transformative change, always “beginning with the end in mind,” to sharpen strategy, advance mission, and strengthen competitive position. Armed with a Master of Social Work in Community Development, Policy & Planning, Prabha leads with courage, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing.
Today she is CEO of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, advocating for thousands of companies across Saskatchewan and beyond while building a more competitive provincial economy. Previously, as CEO of Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan (WESK), she launched breakthrough programs that narrowed the province’s gender-entrepreneurship gap and accelerated women-led growth.
Her governance resumé includes serving as inaugural President of the Leaders Council for the Paul J. Hill and Kenneth Levene Schools of Business, advising the Hill School, and holding board roles with the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation and Saskatchewan Polytechnic. These appointments underscore her reputation as a visionary strategist and trusted bridge-builder.
Prabha is now channeling that results-driven spirit into the STARS Rescue on the Prairie challenge. By raising $50,000 before she is dropped into a remote location on September 25, she will help keep STARS helicopters flying and critical care within reach for every corner of Saskatchewan, because healthy communities power a thriving economy.
